Located on the shores of Bahía Inútil in Tierra del Fuego, King Penguin Nature Reserve is the closest place to mainland South America where you can observe the country’s only breeding colony of king penguins in chile in the wild.

Since 2011, we have protected the natural and cultural heritage of Bahía Inútil through science, conservation, and community engagement.
